He saw an opportunity to share this authentic experience while celebrating the vibrant coffee cultures of the Caribbean and Latin America. The result is Café Altira, a Latino-owned coffee company rooted in heritage and elevated by passion.
The name "Altira" draws from altura, meaning altitude—a tribute to the high-elevation regions where we source our beans. These mountain-grown coffees from the Caribbean and Latin America deliver the complex flavors and rich body that define our brand. But "Altira" means something more: it represents an elevated coffee experience, transforming everyday moments into something extraordinary.

From our roastery in Temecula, California, we meticulously roast in very small batches, ensuring every bean reaches its fullest potential.
